Tanzania is one of Africa’s finest safari destinations. Wherever you go, you’ll see a lot of wildlife. The Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania is the country’s most famous park, and it’s where millions of hoofed animals migrate in the annual wildebeest migration. This 10 days safari allows you to experience both the attractiveness of the bush and the beach! You will see the Big Five as well as other exciting animals. All this with the assistance of a our super driver guide. This tour provides full board and all inclusive, a personal English-speaking guide, and private use of a 4×4 Jeep with mineral water. Accommodation is at handpicked Luxury Safari Lodges. After the bush safari, you fly to Zanzibar to relax and enjoy the beach.
Itinerary
After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and transfer you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to Sopa Tarangire Lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.
Tarangire National Park is well-known for its large herds of elephants, the big cats and so many other animals. You will see a variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna. All these while the Tarangire River winds its way through the parklands. The Tarangire River is the only water source for wildlife during the dry season.
After break fast, head out for yet another full day game drive inside Tarangire in search of animals and luckly you may even see a lion stalking its prey or the elusive leopard relaxing in the trees above with its kill.
In the Evening, proceed to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for dinner, and over night stay.
After breakfast at the lodge with an en route game drive, depart for Serengeti with game drives through Ngorongoro.
A further afternoon game drives through Serengeti as you transfer to the Lodge at central Serengeti, arriving for dinner and overnight. Meals on Full Board at Serena Serengeti Safari lodge.
After breakfast, proceed for a game driving. Serengeti National Park is an immense park and with its unsurpassed concentrations of wildlife and its vast endless grasslands offers the finest game viewing anywhere in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth and the annual wildlife migration, largest mass movement of land mammals on planet earth, is perhaps what makes it famous. Over a million wildebeest and zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then go west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. Serengeti, characterized by the endless plains, acacia trees and punctuated by large stone kopjes presents an archetypal picture of a wild and remote Africa and supports an amazingly large number of wildlife. Animals present include lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, eland, zebras, wildebeests, leopards, cheetahs, Serengeti’s essential features of climate, flora and fauna have barely changed in the past years. After breakfast, depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro crater with an en route game drive. This being the great migration season herds are set to be seen at the plains. This may guarantee you lots of spotting especially the cats and if lucky witness a kill.
Arrive Ngorongoro on time, Descend into the crater floor for an extensive game drive of park.
This area covers the world’s largest unbroken caldera namely Ngorongoro crater and the Olduvai Gorge, where Dr. Louis Leaky discovered the origin of early man by unearthing jaws of the Zinjanthropus man. This protected area also includes huge expanses of highlands plains and volcanoes, scrub bush, and forests where the indigenous pastoralists – Maasai people are allowed to live within its boundaries.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a world heritage site and the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera which is often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. The crater is 610 meters deep and 260km2. Breathtaking views of scenery and game can be witnessed from both the crater rim and within the crater floor. It is estimated that over 25,000 larger mammals, mainly Zebra and Wildebeest, exist within the crater itself. Others include Elephant, Warthog, Impala and Buffalo. A Rhino sighting is a rare Possibility but Ngorongoro is your best chance in Tanzania to see the endangered black rhino. Flamingoes and over 100 species of water birds are found at the soda lake on the crater floor.

After breakfast at the lodge, Depart Ngorongoro for the Masai Village visit. You will get a chance to learn about the Masai Culture but before that, you will be welcomed by enchanting songs and captivating dances.
After lunch and some shopping, drop off at the airport for flight to zanzibar

After morning breakfast, proceed to stone town and tour around. Stone town is a city of prominent historical and artistic importance in East Africa. Its architecture mostly dating back to the 19th century, reflects the diverse influences underlying the Swahili culture, giving a unique mixture of Arab, Persian, Indian and European elements and for this reason, the town was designated as a UNESCO world Heritage site in 2000.After the tour, you will head back to the Resort for lunch. In the Afternoon, you can either chose to have some relaxation at the beach or embark on sea excursion/water sports at own extra charges. After breakfast, depart your resort for Prison Island to learn more about history, the reason why there’s many turtles in the island. The island is home to more than 50 Turtles in which some of them are more than 100 years old. It’s possible to feed them and take up close pictures with them and have a great time. The island is also home for peacocks and tiny antelopes.
After the tour, head back to the resort for lunch. Free time in the afternoon for relaxation. Dinner and overnight at Melia Zanzibar ( The Sea View Level Rooms)
After breakfast, proceed for a spice tour. Get to learn, taste and see spices like never before.

Check out of the resort at 12 AM, however, late check out may be requested depending on your flight. Leave for the airport to catch your flight back home from Zanzibar International Airport
