12 Days Kenya and Uganda Luxury Safari-Adventure East Africa

After breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, embark on the trip to Kibale National Park in the north of Uganda, about 5 hours drive.

This park is highly alluring to nature lovers  for its excellent chimpanzee trekking and bird watching. It boosts of the highest total of primates such as velvet, red-tailed, L’Hoest’s and blue monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey, red Columbus, olive baboon and chimpanzee.

Lunch, Diner and Overnight Stay at Primate Lodge Kibale

Enjoy your breakfast, proceed to the park office for briefing. The highlight of Kibale Forest will be the chimpanzee trekking tour. While in the forest expect to see at least 2-3 other types of primates most especially grey- cheeked mangabey and red tailed monkey. You will hear plenty of birdsong. The guides are knowledgeable and will identify various medicinal plants, bird calls and animal spoor. Once you allocate the chimpanzees, you will be allowed an hour with them. You return to the lodge for lunch, thereafter you will head out for Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge

After a healthy breakfast, go for early morning game drive through the park, look out for members of the big five including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopard, other mammals such as giant forest hogs and antelopes. You will return to the lodge for lunch.

Later for an Evening game drive.

Lunch, Dinner and Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha sector which harbors decent concentrations of hippos, elephants, buffalo and antelopes. After the drive, you will drive to Bwindi arriving in Time for Lunch and Afternoon Batwa Cultural Experience. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park  is  home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge

After an early breakfast, you will take packed lunch, have a briefing by the game guides at the park headquarters and start your gorilla trail. Hiking through the thick, verdant, rainforest to eventually come across the gorillas in their natural habitat, which is an amazing and unforgettable experience. This encounter takes between 2 to 9 hours and is the highlight of an Africa exploration safari. You will only have 1 hour of close contact with these calm gentle apes, take pictures and get acquainted to them.

After this encounter transfer back to the Lodge  for relaxation.

Lunch, Dinner and Overnight Stay at Buhoma Lodge

In the morning, you will set off a scenic drive to Lake Mburo national park, reaching in the afternoon for lunch. After lunch, go for afternoon game drive, where you will be rewarded with view of hippos, crocodiles, as well as a variety of bird species, Zebras, warthogs, buffalo, giraffes, eland and many other animals found in the park . Early breakfast, head out for the last game drives around the park after which You will then exit the and proceed to Entebbe airport for your Flight to Nairobi, Kenya. You will also make a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe for an amazing photo session for memories.

07:30 hrs., pick up from your hotel, for departure to the Masai Mara via the view point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for refueling. Arrive  Masai Mara in time for lunch. After lunch and refreshing, proceed for a game drive tracking various animals’ species and birds with your driver guide. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Mara Lodge Masai Mara.

After breakfast, proceed on a full day game drive in the reserve. The landscape is scenic savanna grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has the big five and an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Mara Lodge Masai Mara.

Over night at Mara Serena Lodge

After breakfast, proceed to your cultural visit at the Masai Village. Get to learn about the Masai People and how they have maintained their culture. After the visit, leave Mara for Lake Nakuru. Arrive in time for lunch and check in. After relaxation, proceed for a guided horse ridding and later on an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge

After breakfast, proceed for a game drive. Lake Nakuru is well known for its bird life, the white and black rhinos, viewpoints, waterfalls and unique vegetation. Proceed to Nairobi after the Lake Nakuru game drive is done. Lunch will be served in Nairobi.
